IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Shanky's Whip
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- Freshly whipped cream
- A sprinkle of cocoa powder or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour Shanky’s whip into a coffee mug.
- Add brown sugar to taste.
- Pour freshly brewed hot coffee into the mug.
- Stir gently to thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
- Carefully float a layer of freshly whipped heavy cream on top of the coffee.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top to taste (optional).
