Your order confirmation email contains a tracking link that has up-to-date information on where your order is at any given moment.
Feel free to reply to your confirmation email and you will receive a reply within a few hours from the retailer's customer service team if you have any questions about your order.
Please reply to the confirmation email right away! Be aware if your order has already been shipped out by a retailer, Bottle Nexus cannot guarantee they will be able to cancel your order.
All payments are processed by third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. So, you will see [Retailers Name] on your statement when completing your purchase.
I need to change my address.
Please reply to your confirmation email or, in the bottom of it, you will find the retailer's customer service email. Be aware if you’re reaching out after the order has been shipped out, Bottle Nexus cannot guarantee they will be able to satisfy your request.
Please be aware it is every customer's responsibility to ensure that someone 21+ is home to sign for the package. Typically, a carrier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to the sender.
If the package is returned to the sender, please reach out to the retailer customer service team. Be aware that there may be additional fees to help offset the costs of retailers accepting returned packages or reshipping orders.
To request a refund, simply connect with the appropriate retailer’s customer service department. All Bottle Nexus affiliated retailers have dedicated customer service teams and will be happy to assist you.
