Bottle Nexus Shipping Policy

All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers. Shanky's Whip does not sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol through https://shop-us.shankyswhip.com/  Shanky's Whip markets it’s alcohol on its website and offer customers a checkout buy button iframe embed to https://shop-us.shankyswhip.com/ where customers can buy the product on a licensed retailer site such as ours. The offer to purchase the alcohol ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the alcohol, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased alcohol. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of alcohol to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.

Shipping is carried through UPS to states where permitted. A signature of a person who is 21 years of age and older is required for delivery. We do not sell to anyone who is less than 21 years of age.

Shipping of express orders will abide delivery times set by UPS. Express orders are prioritized by our retailer store but please understand we might be busy to process and ship your orders on the same day we receive your order, so allow up to 3 days for processing and then we will hand it to UPS to handle the rest.

What is the typical processing time?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, the carrier used by the licensed retailer who processed your order, and external factors that impact shipments.

My order is taking longer than expected to process. Where is my order?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Although most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, there may be occasional delays depending on product availability.

Your order confirmation email contains a tracking link that has up-to-date information on where your order is at any given moment.

How can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to the appropriate retailer's customer service department right away! You’ll find their customer service contact information in your Order Confirmation email, or any order related email you receive. Be aware if your order has already been confirmed by a retailer, Bottle Nexus cannot guarantee they will be able to cancel your order.

What name will appear on my bank statement?

All payments are processed via our ecommerce fulfillment partner, Bottle Nexus, and routed directly to the licensed retailer. So you will see a licensed retailer on your statement when completing your purchase.

I need to change my address.

Please reach out to the appropriate retailer's customer service department right away! You’ll find their customer service contact information in your Order Confirmation email, or any order related email you receive. Be aware if you’re reaching out longer than two hours after your order has been placed, or you’re looking to change your address to a different state, Bottle Nexus cannot guarantee that they will be able to satisfy your request.

I missed the carrier’s delivery attempt. What do I do next?

Please be aware it is every customer's responsibility to ensure that someone 21+ is home to sign for the package. Typically, a carrier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to the sender.

If the package is returned to the sender please, please reach out to the appropriate retailer's customer service department. You’ll find their customer service contact information in your Order Confirmation email, or any order related email you receive. Be aware that there may be additional fees to help offset the costs of retailers accepting returned packages or reshipping orders.

How do refunds work?

Bottle Nexus cannot guarantee that a retailer will agree to accept a return or exchange. Please review [Bottle Nexus terms (hyperlink to Shipping Policy)] before purchasing and contact the appropriate retailer's customer service department if requesting a refund. You’ll find their customer service contact information in your Order Confirmation email, or any order related email you receive. 

In the event that your order is refunded, the refund will be processed directly by Bottle Nexus and may take 5-10 days to post back to your original payment method.

Due to policies set in place by our payment processor, Bottle Nexus must refund back to the original payment method. If this payment method is no longer available, you must work directly with your financial institution to retrieve those funds.
