1 oz. Shanky’s Whip
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz. Espresso

INSTRUCTIONS

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a serving glass.
Pour shot of espresso over the ice cream.
Pour the Shanky’s Whip over the ice cream.
If desired, you can garnish your affogato with a dusting of cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce.
Enjoy.
