Official Rules: Shanky's Whip "Bring Home The Bird" Giveaway 2025
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
1. Eligibility The Shanky's Whip Event Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Shanky's Whip, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter To enter, complete the Shanky's Whip Jotform at a participating event during the event's operating hours. Limit one (1) entry per person per event. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period The Giveaway entry period begins and ends on the date of the applicable promotional event (the "Entry Period"). Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. Prize One (1) winner will be selected per event. Each winner will receive one (1) large Shanky's Whip stuffed emu display, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $250. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the event. Winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first attempt, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Publicity Release Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Privacy By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Shanky's Whip. Entrants’ personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
