Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Shanky's Whip
  • 1 oz. of lemon tea
  • Lemon slice

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Pour 2 oz. of Shanky’s Whip into the glass.
  3. Pour 1 oz of lemon tea into the glass.
  4. Stir for 30 seconds until drink is thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
ESPRESSO MARTINI

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Shanky’s Whip
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. espresso
  • 3 coffee beans

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Shanky’s Whip, vodka, and espresso to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are well mixed and thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Shanky's Whip
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 sugar cube (or 1/2 oz simple syrup)
  • Orange peel
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place sugar cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Add 2 dashes of bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
  3. Add a small splash of warm water to the glass and stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 2 ounces of Shanky’s Whip into the glass.
  6. Stir the cocktail for ~30 seconds.
  7. Twist an orange peel over the glass to express the oils into the drink, then drop the peel into the glass.
  8. Garnish with Hotel Starlino Maraschino Cherry.
